OUR STORY

AI should amplify human creativity, not replace it.

No Ink Labs was founded on a simple belief. Knowledge production is one of humanity's most important endeavors, yet most of it is still manual, slow and inaccessible. Researchers spend months gathering. Writers stare at blank pages. Publishers wrestle with workflow. Distributors chase fragmented channels. We built a factory to take that mechanical weight off.

"The job isn't to ship the smartest model. It's to ship the system that makes the next book inevitable."

OUR MISSION

Three commitments behind the factory.

Democratize knowledge

High-quality knowledge production should not require a publishing house, an agency or a head start.

Amplify, don't replace

AI handles the mechanical work — research, drafting, formatting, distribution — so humans focus on strategy, vision and meaning.

Responsible by design

Transparent systems, honest scope, factual outputs. The factory is only valuable if you can trust what comes off it.

HOW IT'S BUILT

Six layers. One autonomous publishing factory.

The ten public engines map cleanly onto a deeper architecture. This is the scaffolding underneath the surface.

01

Discovery

Trends, demand, audience and offer architecture.

02

Editorial Production

Concept, outline, drafting, editing and proofing.

03

Packaging

Titles, hooks, covers, metadata and layout.

04

Media Adaptation

Audiobook, video, prompt packs, companion guides, courses.

05

Distribution & Sales

Landing pages, funnels, ads, SEO, community, pricing and upsells.

06

Operations & Intelligence

Workflow orchestration, asset management, analytics, experimentation.

FOUNDER · DANIEL SOARES

A working adult who learned AI — and writes for other working adults.

Daniel Soares is 44. He spent his career as a real-estate developer between Brazil and Portugal — structuring deals, running construction, negotiating with banks, leading teams. Not a technologist. Not a coder. Just an operator who pays attention.

He started using AI tools seriously in 2024 and noticed something off: every guide, course and influencer was either pitched at engineers or dumbed down to gimmicks. The middle — experienced adults with real jobs who wanted to actually use these tools in their work — had nothing serious to read. So he wrote it.

The AI 50+ Series is ten short books built on what he learned doing the work: prompting, writing, research, decisions, automation, image, audio, meetings. The same methods he uses every day. No hype. No affiliate links. No vendor sponsorships.

"I wrote these books because the AI conversation was leaving experienced professionals behind. I'm not a technologist. I'm someone who learned AI as a working adult — and the methods I use are the methods I teach."

— Daniel Soares
