Refund Policy

At No Ink Labs we want every reader to feel safe buying. That's why every ebook, audiobook, and bundle comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read it. Try it. If it doesn't earn its place on your shelf, we refund every cent — no questions, no forms.

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.


1. How to request a refund

Send one email to info@noinklabs.net within 30 days of your purchase. Include:

  • The email address you used at checkout, and
  • Your Lemon Squeezy order number (it's in your receipt).

That's it. You don't need to justify the request or return the files.

We process refunds within three business days of receiving your email. The money returns to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. What's covered

The 30-day guarantee covers our direct-sale digital products:

  • Individual ebooks (EPUB + PDF) and audiobooks (MP3) from the AI 50+ Series.
  • The Ebook + Audiobook bundle for a single book.
  • The Complete Series (all 10 ebooks).
  • The Full Series + Audio bundle (all 10 ebooks + all 10 audiobooks).

If you have issues downloading, opening, or using a file, please write to us first — we almost always fix it the same day. If we can't, you're still covered by the 30-day guarantee.

3. Telegram subscription (AI Mastery Group Chat)

Our Telegram membership is a month-to-month subscription. It works differently from a one-time purchase:

  • You can cancel anytime from your customer account with Lemon Squeezy, or by emailing info@noinklabs.net.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • We don't refund partial months, because you already have access to that month's content.
  • If you were charged by accident (for example, you tried to cancel but the button didn't register), write to us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

4. What's not covered

A few narrow cases sit outside this Policy:

  • Amazon purchases. If you bought an ebook through Amazon's Kindle Store, Amazon is the seller and Amazon's own return policy applies. We can't refund a purchase we never processed.
  • Chargebacks and disputes. If you open a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of emailing us, we'll cooperate with the dispute process, but we may suspend access to the content while it's open. We'd always rather help directly — our refund is faster, easier, and protects your record with the card network.
  • Gift purchases. Refunds are issued to the buyer, not the recipient.
  • Abuse of the guarantee. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting refunds repeatedly after consuming or redistributing content. This is rare and we apply it sparingly.

5. Statutory rights

This Policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country or region. For EU/EEA customers: by buying and downloading a digital product, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends once the file has been delivered. Our 30-day guarantee is a voluntary extension that goes beyond that statutory right.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version at noinklabs.net/refund and update the "Last updated" date above. The Policy in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
