Welcome to No Ink Labs. These Terms govern your use of our website at noinklabs.net, our digital products (the AI 50+ Series ebooks, audiobooks, guides, and bundles), and our community services (including the AI Mastery Group Chat on Telegram). Together these are the "Services."
By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
"We," "us," and "No Ink Labs" refer to No Ink Labs LLC. "You" refers to you, the customer or visitor.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. By buying, you confirm that the information you provide (email, name, payment details) is accurate and belongs to you.
2. What you are buying
When you purchase an ebook, audiobook, or bundle, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own private, non-commercial reading and listening. That means:
- You may download the files (EPUB and PDF for ebooks; MP3 and M4B for audiobooks) and keep personal copies on your devices.
- You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, share, stream publicly, or republish the content in any form.
- You may not train machine-learning models, run bulk text extraction, or feed the content to third-party AI tools for the purpose of reproducing derivative works.
- You may quote short passages (up to 500 words cumulatively) in reviews, critiques, or non-commercial writing, with attribution to the author and No Ink Labs.
We retain all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights in the content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
3. Delivery and access
After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with secure download links within minutes. Ebooks are delivered as EPUB and PDF. Audiobooks are delivered as MP3 (chapter-by-chapter) in a single ZIP per book. If you ever lose access, reply to your order email or write to info@noinklabs.net and we will send a fresh link — no expiry, no DRM.
4. Community access (Telegram subscription)
The AI Mastery Group Chat on Telegram is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:
- You will be charged USD 12.99 per month, renewing automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your customer account with our payment processor. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- You must follow our community rules: no spam, no solicitation of other members, no hate speech, no redistribution of our content, and no impersonation. We may remove members who violate these rules without refund.
- Daily content inside the group (prompts, templates, summaries, commentary) is provided under the same personal-use license as our ebooks.
5. Pricing, taxes, and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Depending on your country, applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added at checkout by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record for transactions processed on this site.
We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect orders already completed.
6. Refunds
We back every purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details — how to request a refund, what qualifies, and how long it takes — are in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: one email to info@noinklabs.net within 30 days of purchase and we refund every cent, usually within three business days.
7. Acceptable use of the website and community
When using noinklabs.net, our customer accounts, or our Telegram group, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
- Use the Services to distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content.
- Scrape the site or community using automated tools without prior consent.
- Impersonate No Ink Labs, its staff, or other customers.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
8. Disclaimer
The content in our ebooks, audiobooks, guides, and community is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It reflects the views of the author at the time of writing. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on the material.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from applying ideas or prompts from the Services. Your results depend on many factors we do not control.
9. Third-party tools and AI services
Our content references and recommends third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We are not affiliated with their providers unless explicitly stated. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Features, behavior, and pricing of third-party AI services may change; we are not responsible for those changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Ink Labs, its owners, employees, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you cancel a subscription, these Terms continue to apply to your past purchases and to the content you have already received.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the content, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. In that case, we are not required to provide a refund.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at noinklabs.net/terms and update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will also notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
