Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 22, 2026

No Ink Labs is a small independent publisher. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit noinklabs.net, buy a product, subscribe to our email list, or join our Telegram community — why we collect it, who sees it, and what rights you have over it.

We wrote this to be readable. If anything is unclear, reply to an order email or write to info@noinklabs.net and we'll answer in plain language.

"We," "us," and "No Ink Labs" refer to No Ink Labs LLC. "You" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the business. In practice that's three categories:

Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you buy a product or subscribe to our email list; your postal address only if you ask for an invoice that requires one; your Telegram username if you join the AI Mastery Group Chat. That's it — no date of birth, no ID number, no demographic profile.

Payment information (handled by our processor, not by us). When you buy, our merchant of record Lemon Squeezy collects your card details, billing address, and the tax information required for the country you buy from. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only the order summary: your name, email, product purchased, amount, currency, country of purchase, and a transaction ID.

Usage information. If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use noinklabs.net. GA4 records anonymized page views, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referral source, and engagement events. Your IP address is masked before storage. Without consent, no analytics data is collected.

We do not collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political views, etc.). We do not run behavioral advertising. We do not sell data.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information for the following specific purposes:

  • To deliver the product you bought. Sending the download links, receipts, and tax invoices; keeping a record of the sale for accounting and tax compliance.
  • To provide customer support. Replying to your emails about orders, refunds, lost links, or community questions.
  • To run the email list (if you opted in). Sending release announcements, occasional writing about the AI 50+ Series, and updates on the Telegram community. One unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To run the Telegram community (if you joined). Adding you to the group after a valid subscription; removing you if the subscription lapses or if you cancel.
  • To understand how the site is used (with your consent). Deciding which topics to write more about; catching pages that are slow or broken.
  • To meet our legal obligations. Issuing tax-compliant invoices, keeping accounting records for the period required by law, responding to lawful requests.

We never use your data to train machine-learning models, profile you for advertising, or score you in any way.

3. Legal basis (for readers in the EU/UK)

We rely on four legal bases under GDPR/UK GDPR:

  • Contract. Processing your order, delivering the files, granting Telegram access, and handling refunds are necessary to perform the contract you entered when you bought.
  • Consent. Joining our email list is opt-in and confirmed by double opt-in. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are opt-in via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests. Security logging and fraud prevention serve our legitimate interest in running a small publishing business without harming your rights, since the data is minimized.
  • Legal obligation. Tax and accounting law requires us to retain order records for seven years.

4. Who sees your data (our processors)

We use a small, named list of service providers. Each one is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.

  • Lemon Squeezy (Dublin, Ireland / Delaware, USA) — merchant of record. Handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, subscription billing, and customer account management. See lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
  • MailerLite (Wilmington, Delaware, USA) — email marketing platform. Stores email addresses of list subscribers and sends our newsletters. See mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Brevo (Paris, France) — transactional email (order receipts, download links, support replies). See brevo.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Vercel (San Francisco, California, USA) — hosting for our customer-account application and webhook handler. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Lovable (Sweden) — hosting for noinklabs.net and ebooks.noinklabs.net. See lovable.dev/privacy.
  • Wix (Tel Aviv, Israel) — domain registrar for noinklabs.net. See wix.com/about/privacy.
  • Google LLC (Mountain View, California, USA) — Google Analytics 4 site analytics (only with your consent) and Google Workspace for our business email. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Telegram Messenger Inc. (British Virgin Islands / Dubai) — hosts the AI Mastery Group Chat. Your Telegram username and activity inside the group are governed by Telegram's own privacy policy at telegram.org/privacy.

We do not share data with any other third party. We do not sell or rent lists to anyone, for any purpose, ever.

5. International transfers

Because our processors are based in the United States, the European Union, and other regions, your data may be transferred outside of your country of residence. When that transfer is from the EU/UK to a country without an adequacy decision, it is protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) that each of our processors includes in their data-processing agreements.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order records. Seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it. Includes name, email, purchase date, product, amount.
  • Email-list subscribers. Until you unsubscribe, then another 12 months in a suppression list so we don't accidentally re-add you. After that, deleted.
  • Support conversations. Two years after the conversation ends, then deleted.
  • Telegram membership. For as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. After that we remove your username from our roster (your Telegram account itself is not ours to delete).
  • Site analytics. Google Analytics retains user and event data for 14 months, then it is automatically deleted. Aggregate reporting may persist beyond that.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data, regardless of where you live; we extend the full set to everyone.

  • Access. Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to fix anything that's wrong or outdated.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your data. We will comply unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, order records for tax purposes — in that case we explain what we must keep and why).
  • Portability. Ask for your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON).
  • Objection. Object to specific processing activities.
  • Withdraw consent. For the email list: unsubscribe any time via the footer link. For analytics cookies: reopen the cookie banner via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
  • Complain. Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. For EU/UK readers, that's your national DPA; for California readers, the California Attorney General.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@noinklabs.net. We respond within 30 days, usually faster, and we do not charge a fee.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit noinklabs.net, a cookie-consent banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. We honor your choice.

Strictly necessary cookies (always active, cannot be disabled):

  • A session cookie set by our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) so your cart and order state persist through checkout. Deleted when you close the browser or after 24 hours.
  • A preference cookie that remembers your cookie-consent choice.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent):

  • Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) used to measure aggregate site traffic and engagement. You can reject these in the banner, and change your choice any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. Typical lifespan: 2 years.

We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral-retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers of any kind.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to info@noinklabs.net and we will delete the account and data promptly.

10. Security

We follow industry-standard security practices:

  • All traffic to noinklabs.net is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
  • Payment data is tokenized by Lemon Squeezy; we never receive card numbers.
  • Access to our email lists, order records, and admin panels is protected by strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication on every account.
  • We apply security updates to our hosting and dependencies on a regular schedule.

No online system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the legally required time frames.

11. Third-party links

Our site and our books reference third-party websites and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others). When you follow those links, you leave our site and enter the scope of the destination's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we post the revised version at noinklabs.net/privacy, update the "Last updated" date at the top, and — for material changes — notify email subscribers. The version of the Policy in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

13. Contact

Write in English or Portuguese. Replies from a human, usually within one business day.
